The quickest route to a real answer depends on your question. Most ticket and prize questions can only be answered by the operator.

Tickets, prizes and claims

We cannot see tickets, confirm wins or process claims. Contact the operator for your game:

A result looks wrong

Check the official result first; the operator's figures are final. Our data sources page shows when each feed was last updated and any known issue.

Contacting the publisher

A public contact address for LotteryUK has not been published yet. We would rather say so than display an inbox nobody monitors. This page will be updated when one is available.

Gambling support

If you need help with gambling, free confidential support is listed on our responsible gambling page.

Getting the right help with a lottery question

Ticket and account enquiries belong with the issuer

If the question concerns a purchase, an account balance, a missing receipt or a possible prize, begin with the organisation that accepted the entry. LotteryUK cannot look up a lottery account or inspect a ticket. Our results checker compares typed numbers with a saved record; it does not establish that those numbers were entered in a paid draw.

Have the game name and the relevant draw date ready when using the operator’s official help service. Where an entry covers several dates or has optional features, explain which part needs checking. Do not assume that the same support team handles UK Lotto and a similarly named overseas game. Use the operator linked from the correct game guide.

When a result or date looks wrong

First compare the exact dated record with the official operator’s published result. Check the game, the main and additional number groups, and any labelled round. A result for the latest draw cannot resolve a disagreement about an older ticket. For overseas games, the date may follow the lottery’s local calendar rather than the current day in Britain.

Our data sources page explains known coverage gaps and the most recent saved information. A delayed feed or a withheld record can leave a page without the draw you expected. Refreshing the page does not request a replacement from the provider. If you need an urgent ticket check, use the official service instead of waiting for our next import.

Protect your ticket and personal information

Use contact details reached through the genuine operator website, not an unsolicited message claiming you have won. A request for a release fee, account password or complete ticket barcode is a reason to stop and verify the sender independently. LotteryUK does not need these details to publish winning numbers and cannot release a lottery payment.

If you share a results-page link with someone, include the specific game and date, not a photograph containing personal details. Our page addresses can identify a chosen draw without identifying a ticket owner. A public publisher inbox has not yet been provided on this site, so do not send sensitive information to an address guessed from the brand name.

Keep the question specific

A precise game name and draw date make official enquiries easier to understand. Distinguish a missing result on this website from a missing purchase in an operator account: those are different issues with different responsible services.

Frequently asked questions

Can LotteryUK tell the lottery to pay a claim?

No. The issuer must apply its ticket rules, ownership checks and claim deadline. Our result is a reference for comparison, not a payment instruction or evidence that an entry is valid. Keep the original ticket or account record and follow the operator’s official claims process.

Can I report a result through a contact form here?

There is no public contact form or published publisher inbox at present. We do not display a form that suggests a message will be monitored when that service is not available. Use official results for a ticket check and the sources page to understand our coverage.

Where can someone in the UK seek gambling support?

The responsible gambling page links to specialist organisations, including GamCare and NHS guidance. You do not need a winning ticket, a disputed result or a large financial loss to seek help. Family members and others affected by someone’s gambling can also look for appropriate support.
